    TERMS

    Cash on delivery, ownership at handover, returns, and promo rules.

    THE DEAL

    These terms apply when you order from VALGRIND online. Prices are in USD. Payment is cash on delivery unless we agree otherwise.

    ORDERS

    Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may cancel if stock is gone, the address cannot be served, or we cannot reach you.

    Title and risk pass to you when the courier hands over the parcel and you pay the COD amount.

    PRICING

    Checkout totals are calculated on the server from catalog prices. Cash on Delivery, Lebanon: $5. There are no promo codes or free-shipping thresholds.

    EXCHANGES

    Exchanges only, no refunds. Items must be unused with original packaging. Call or WhatsApp +961 81 939 088 first to start an exchange. Exchange window (days) — TODO(owner): confirm with the team.

    LIABILITY

    Training gear is used at your own risk. VALGRIND is not liable for injury from improper use. Our liability for a defective product is limited to replacement or exchange of that item.
