How to wash straps and sleeves
Hand-wash straps, wraps, and sleeves in cold water and hang them to dry. Do not put neoprene sleeves in a hot dryer. VALGRIND gear is sold for training in Lebanon, and this is the care that keeps the stitch and the compression.
اغسل الستراب والواقي بماء بارد وجففه في الهواء. لا تستخدم حرارة عالية على واقي الركبة.
| Item | Wash | Dry |
|---|---|---|
| Lifting straps | Cold hand wash | Hang |
| Figure-8 straps | Cold hand wash | Hang flat |
| Wrist wraps | Cold, closed loosely | Hang |
| Sleeves | Cold, no fabric softener | Air dry, no high heat |
| Gloves | Cold hand wash | Shape, then air dry |
What ruins them
Heat shrinks elastic and neoprene. A dryer on high is the usual way a sleeve dies. Leave chalk and sweat in a strap and the webbing goes stiff.
If a sleeve arrives damaged, that is an exchange, not a wash problem. Call or WhatsApp first. There are no refunds.
