Gym gloves vs silicone pads vs chalk
Use gloves when palms tear, a silicone pad when the bar bruises your hips, and chalk when you want friction without covering the hand. VALGRIND sells the gloves ($7.99) and the pad ($11.99) with cash on delivery in Lebanon. We do not sell chalk.

| Tool | Use it for | Skip it for |

| Silicone pad | Hip thrusts, bar contact | Holding the bar |
| Chalk | Dry friction on the knurl | Hip bruises |
Pick the problem, then the product
Gloves hide the knurl from skin. That is useful until the glove is so thick you cannot feel the bar. The silicone pad never goes in the hand. It sits between the bar and the hip on thrusts.
If sweat is the only issue, chalk is the usual answer and it is not in this catalog. If the hand opens on a heavy pull, that is a strap, not a glove.
