Lifting straps
Lifting straps in Lebanon are the fastest way to keep pulling after your hands open. VALGRIND sells two styles: classic lasso straps for rows and volume deadlifts, and figure-8 straps that lock the bar for heavy singles. Both are priced in USD and ship cash on delivery across Lebanon.
Classic straps wrap the bar and your wrist. You can release them between sets, so they suit mixed pull days. Figure-8 straps are a closed loop. Once the bar is in, it stays until you step out. Use them when grip, not your back, is the thing that fails the attempt.
Cash on Delivery, Lebanon: $5. Exchanges only, no refunds. Items must be unused with original packaging. Start with a call or WhatsApp +961 81 939 088. If you are new to straps, start with the classic pair and add figure-8s when the top singles outgrow an open hand.
